Episode 12 and ...
What's new...? Life happens...
Please note: Last few months have been unexpectedly hectic. The "hectic" being an indication that I am a master of understatement. Mostly attributable to an excess of workload.
Hopefully, the circumstances look like clearing ahead and very soon the craziness may be over and I'll try to get back on track as soon as I can. It's possible that I'll release several episodes at once or at least withing short span of time, to make up for lost time.
The best way to get informed is to register, so I may be able to send you an email once the episodes are posted.
Update pending.
Episodes
What is TCC?
It was in April 2009 when I first heard of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (T:TSCC). I don't have a TV, so I usually sample a series by downloading a pilot or a first episode, to see if it is worth the bucks. I usually get good shows after some time passes, eventually. In this case, though, there was another compelling reason to get the whole 2 season set, without a delay.
I liked what I saw. The series expanded the dimensionality of characters from their usual rendering in action flicks, where they are somewhat lacking and the character development is rather a cursory after effect, trimmed to absolute necessities to buttress the story, if that. The terminator theme was OK, in my view -- especially T1 -- but it was not on the top of my list of most favored sci-fi. It was a pleasant surprise that the series left Flatland for the most part.
But the most compelling reason, you can probably guess, was Summer Glau. I am a big fan of Firefly/Serenity, and for me, T:TSCC was as close as one can get to have a smidget of continuity. You may object that River and Cameron characters have almost nothing in common. But I could see hints of River in Cameron, and in violation of causality I could also discern traces of Cameron in River. Of course, the common denominator here if the story of Summer Glau. Summer as Glue? Yes, the stories reside in their own space, but they meet at some odd place, where they transcend their boundaries. Summer has that mojo.
Release schedule for E12 - E22
Sunday, 11 September 2011 17:49
Interferences... of the family matters kind. Just got back from an unplanned trip. Sorry for leaving you, readers, hanging in there for a bit. Please hang on. I'll resume writing within days and the E12 should be up around September 15.
I'll would have to revise the schedule and get into quicker releases as much as possible, probably on a weekly basis, give or take a few days, as I want to have this season wrapped up by the end of December.
Update will be posted as soon as I get clearer bearings on my schedule.
Half time
Monday, 20 June 2011 00:48
An important marker--perhaps not in the sense of the plot or character arcs as these are fluid categories and because I see the episodes more like threads of a tapestry, woven together. But we are at half season--11 episodes were published. And that also means I've got 11 more to write for this season.
I'll hit the road later next week and will be traveling through most of July. There won't be much time for writing, though I hope to find some spare time to add to the fragments I already have in place. I should be resuming publishing new episodes early in August.
Episodes 09 and 10
Wednesday, 18 May 2011 06:19
Decided to delay the release of F0509 for a bit, as I ran into chronology issues. I have to work backward from episode 10 and since I haven't fixed the timeline in episode 10 yet, I may need to change a sequence of events for a clarity. I went a bit out of the original scope of the story in the two episodes and it is a bit of extra work to incorporate the flash of a creative idea in them.
In all likelihood, I may release both episodes at the same time or one after another in a short time span, before or at the end of May.
Revisions E01 to E04 posted

Just a short note that the final revisions of the episodes 1 to 4 are posted. Please update your archives by replacing the old versions, if you're saving the episodes to your local device.
I've been battling flu in the last few days, so haven't had the energy to finalize episode 6, yet. I hope that I can post it in the next day or two. I have already written most of the episode 7, so I'll catch up with the schedule then.
